weekly blog -2-

        During last week, I go more further towards to my goal. At last weekend, I tried to do less phone games and do other stuff and exercise. But I feel so tired so I just drink many waters and keep moved in house. And at Saturday morning, in school gym there was a MS Basketball compitition between 4 internatianal school. And also I played on junior school basketball team so I interested to watch it and I heard Yeonjin was also came to that compititon and also I want to move. So I decided to went there and watch MS basketball compitition. When I went there, I can saw the our BHA MS bastekball team was play games. And I met Yeonjin. When our school is not on the court, we also do basketball practice at empty court. And during lunch time, we went to outside and play throw and catch with ball and sometimes we also kick the ball and put them in net. When we done, we feel hot and we know we are moved alot. And that night, I think of hours that I play phone games, it was only 2 hours. So I can do other lot of things and enjoy and play with friends. And I feel I'm being more healthy.
        I always keep challenge at play less phone games. When I do phone games, I feel free and so happy because when I do games, some games are doing with other people and can chat with them. And when I ask something that I don't know, they are very kindly answer at my question and help each other. And they are never bullying or fighting so that looks like peace and comfortable. But at real life, everyone is fight when they choose some decision and not like to answer to my question and not kindly sometimes. That why I love games and like to do.
        Mostly, Mom is help me to keep go further towards my goal and keep on track. When I do lots of games and not do other things, she tell to me to stop do games and do other things as like as make something or do exercise to keep myself healthy. And my mom made healthy and good foods that help to I'm being more healthy. So I'm so thankful to my mom to make me keep on track to reach at goal.
          The pyp attitudes or learner profile that I mostly use to reach at my goal was Balanced and reflective. My goal is to do games less than 3 hours and move a lot until I lose weight for 3kg. And when I go towards to my goal, I need to be balance and reflect on myself to do more better on it. I need to eat healthy food, do less than 3 hours of games, do many exercise, and sleep alot everyday. And maybe sometimes I need to reflect on my last time lifestyle and change those unhealthy lifestyle to healthy lifestyle.
