I think I didn't made a lot towards to my goal because I ate one or two ice cream every day and do very x1000 many. But I do some exercise either a lot. For example, when I walk to sauna every night, I'm not walk and run to there and at morning when I went to bus to go school and when I come back from school, I always run to home exepct raining day. When the weather is rain, I could fall over while I run and my goal is to lose weight and healthy but get hurt is not even healthy so I'm not run at that weather. And over 2 weeks, I already drink 23 bottles of 500ml water and that mean in 2 weeks, I drink for 48000ml = to 48L.
Do games less than 3 hours is still challenge to myself and maybe that is only things that challenge to me. But here is one more challenging things. Sleep more than 8~9 hours. Usually before I set this goal, I sleep at 11:30~12:30 and wake up at 7:15 and that is already 8 hours but 8~9 hours sleep is in one day and that mean I sleep for 7~8 hours. So everyday I always trying to sleep at 11:00 but it was hard work because when I come back from sauna, the time is already 9:00 and when I organized my room and pack my bag for tomorrow and watch one youtube video that only for 30 minute, time is 11:00 so when I brush my teeth, plug in my phone, check again my bag than time is 11:30 so I can't sleep at 11:00. But everyday I trying to sleep early so I think it will be okay.
I think nothing is helping me to towards to my goal. Because my phone is distract me from studying and make me to do games. And in our home refregerator, there is many my favorite ice cream and when I come back from school, my mom was always gave me the snack so I can't focus on my goal.
