Q1. Have you made progress towards your goal?
I made progress to my goal by trying to not do more than 3 hours of game and not eat food pass 10:00 and if I have time, I do some exercise like as on my smart goal sheet. And I will do more exercise at weekend because I will has more time on weekend and not do a games more than 3 hours.
Q2. What are the challenges/barriers to sucess you are facing?
The most challenging thing is not do a game more that 3 hours. Because before I start this goal, usually I do more 4 hours at Monday to Thursday and at Friday and Saturday is more than 5 hours, and at Sunday, I do a games more than 7 hours because that day is that I have many time for free and I always finish all the homeworks before Sunday so except Sunday, I want to change little bit of my goal to not do a games more than 3 hours at Monday to Saturday and at Sunday, I will not do a games more than 5 hours first. And if I can do more, I will do games not more than 3 hours everyday except vacation but I will trying to not do a games much as I can and do more exercise.
Q3. Who or what has been helping you?
Every time I hope to be normal so if I don't want to do exercise and just do a games or rest, I remind myself for I'm losing weight and going to normal and that makes me happy. Also it makes me want to do more exercise and less games. And I heard drink many water helps to losing weight so I will drink more than 2 bottles at one day first, and I will gonna drink more and more and more. And I want to live longer and if we are fat, it's hard to live longer and that is reason that I want to losing weight and on the diet.
Q4.What resources can you find that show the importance of your goal is maintaining a healthy lifestyle e.g. magazine or internet article, video link etc…

Yerin, I think that you have expressed well what you have been doing and what you plan to do very well. I do think that you should try to focus on one thing at a time when trying to achieve your goal, if you try to focus on eating, and not gaming, and exercise, and sleep, you will be overwhelmed and unable to work towards your goal.
