I think i'm not made a progress towards to my goal because I keep do more than 3 hours of phone games. But I think I move more in this week because I'm not just lie down at house and do phone games or watch the youtube all day. Sometimes, I read a books or made something with clay and waterglue. Or I use my time to organized and clean up my room and other stuff into the small box. And at Saturday when we do basketball practice at school gym, I trying to move more, run more, and more active when we do games. Next week I could use my time more in reading or with friends. Like I said before, I'm not just lie down and watch youtube or do phone games all day but still I do more than 3 hours of them. So I could more work on the do less games in one day.
Most challenging thing is still do phone games less than 3 hours. In one day(not a weekend), I can do phone games when I ride a bus to go to school, after school when I go back to my house, and also if I have small homework, after school I can also do lot's of games until I eat my dinner and have to go to bed. And at bus I can do 20minute of games each time so total is 40 minute, and when I came back from the school, if I have co-curricular time is almost 5:00 and other days are 3:40. And usually I eat dinner at 7:30~8:00 so I already have 3~4 hours for free. And most of that time I do phone games and watch the youtube. And when I eat all of my dinner, I have another time for 30 minute for free and I wash for only 15 minute and usually time is 9:10 and if I have homework, I do that and that only takes 20 minute. So I watch the youtube again for 1 hour 30 minutes and time is almost 11:00 so I ready for sleep and sleep at 11:30. that is also not very late time for sleep I think. Finally, I can do least of 4~5 hours for day not a weekend. Of course I can do more at weekend. at Saturday, I usually wake up at 10:30 and start to do games at 11:30. And I eat my lunch for only 20 minutes and do games again until 4:00 and I ready for basketball practice that at school gym. And when I come back from basketball practice, it's 8:00 and I wash and it takes 20 minutes and 8:30. So I do games for 2 hours 30 minute and sleep. So I can do games at least 7 hours. And at the Sunday, I'm not going to basketball practice so I have more time to do games. And I don't want to spend my golden free weekend time by reading a books or exercise.
When I trying to reach at my goal, my mom is helping me everytime. When I do very many of games and not do other things, perhaps I'm not tell my goal to mom, my mom says to stop do games and do other things. So that is reason that I could stop my game easily. But sometime I stop to do games by myself so it doesn't very matter.
I will choose commitment and independence for my pyp attitudes. Commitment is never give up and independence is by myself without other people. I will never give up to reach at my goal that is losing weight more than 3kg before G6 and do games less than 3 hours everyday(in weekend, 4 hours 30 minutes). So I will trying to do that but not very hard because if I feel tired to reach at that goals, I'm gonna just give up and not do them. And I have to build up my independence skill because I will be go to middle school as soon and I will have lot's of homeworks and my parents will not know well about all of our schedule or homeworks so we have to work by our self and control everything that about school. And that work gonna be in independence so thats why I have to practice and build up my independence skills.
