Weekly Blog -final-

          Over 6 weeks, I think I'm not achieve my goal. Because my goal was do games less than 3 hours everyday and lose weight more than 2kg. But I lose my weight only 0.5kg and everyday I do more than 5 hours of game. I think I'm not achieve my goal because everytime when I trying to work on at my goal, I feel tired and why I have to do this and annoying about it. So I think that is reason that I can't achieve my goal.          
         During this 6 weeks, most challenging thing was do games less than 3 hours. Like I said at last blog, I have very many lot's of free time after school and weekend. And I don't want to waste my time to just read a books or lie down and sleep so I do a games. And I don't have any of the schedule everyday except Friday(Equestrian lesson) but that takes only 40 minute and not takes many time to get there  so still I have many times to do games. But when I go to MS, I will not have many time to do games because of lot's of homework and more longer school time.         
          When I trying to achieve my goal, I think nothing is helping me at all. Because my mom gave me lot's of free time, friends are tell me to let's do games together, and myself is just annoying about my goal. But if I have to choose one, I will choose mom. Because only person or people tell me to stop do a games and do other stuff, is only mom. But reason why I do many games is I have many free time and mom gave me many free time.         
          I think I use a independence skill most of the time. Because nothing is help me so I have to work on independently. And when I trying to work on my other goals, also other things are disrupt me so I can't do with other people. When I trying to stop the games, friends are talk to me and let's to the Minecraft together so thats why I want so much of independence.

         If I have to choose to keep this goal or not, I will not do this goal never. This goals are really not matter to my lifestyle change and make me healthy.

Weekly Blog -4-

         I think i'm not made a progress towards to my goal because I keep do more than 3 hours of phone games. But I think I move more in this week because I'm not just lie down at house and do phone games or watch the youtube all day. Sometimes, I read a books or made something with clay and waterglue. Or I use my time to organized and clean up my room and other stuff into the small box. And at Saturday when we do basketball practice at school gym, I trying to move more, run more, and more active when we do games. Next week I could use my time more in reading or with friends. Like I said before, I'm not just lie down and watch youtube or do phone games all day but still I do more than 3 hours of them. So I could more work on the do less games in one day.
        Most challenging thing is still do phone games less than 3 hours. In one day(not a weekend), I can do phone games when I ride a bus to go to school, after school when I go back to my house, and also if I  have small homework, after school I can also do lot's of games until I eat my dinner and have to go to bed. And at bus I can do 20minute of games each time so total is 40 minute, and when I came back from the school, if I have co-curricular time is almost 5:00 and other days are 3:40. And usually I eat dinner at 7:30~8:00 so I already have 3~4 hours for free. And most of that time I do phone games and watch the youtube. And when I eat all of my dinner, I have another time for 30 minute for free and I wash for only 15 minute and usually time is 9:10 and if I have homework, I do that and that only takes 20 minute. So I watch the youtube again for 1 hour 30 minutes and time is almost 11:00 so I ready for sleep and sleep at 11:30. that is also not very late time for sleep I think. Finally, I can do least of 4~5 hours for day not a weekend. Of course I can do more at weekend. at Saturday, I usually wake up at 10:30 and start to do games at 11:30. And I eat my lunch for only 20 minutes and do games again until 4:00 and I ready for basketball practice that at school gym. And when I come back from basketball practice, it's 8:00 and I wash and it takes 20 minutes and 8:30. So I do games for 2 hours 30 minute and sleep. So I can do games at least 7 hours. And at the Sunday, I'm not going to basketball practice so I have more time to do games. And I don't want to spend my golden free weekend time by reading a books or exercise.
         When I trying to reach at my goal, my mom is helping me everytime. When I do very many of games and not do other things, perhaps I'm not tell my goal to mom, my mom says to stop do games and do other things. So that is reason that I could stop my game easily. But sometime I stop to do games by myself so it doesn't very matter.
         I will choose commitment and independence for my pyp attitudes. Commitment is never give up and independence is by myself without other people. I will never give up to reach at my goal that is losing weight more than 3kg before G6 and do games less than 3 hours everyday(in weekend, 4 hours 30 minutes). So I will trying to do that but not very hard because if I feel tired to reach at that goals, I'm gonna just give up and not do them. And I have to build up my independence skill because I will be go to middle school as soon and I will have lot's of homeworks and my parents will not know well about all of our schedule or homeworks so we have to work by our self and control everything that about school. And that work gonna be in independence so thats why I have to practice and build up my independence skills.

Weekly Blog -3-

        I think I didn't made a lot towards to my goal because I ate one or two ice cream every day and do very x1000 many. But I do some exercise either a lot. For example, when I walk to sauna every night, I'm not walk and run to there and at morning when I went to bus to go school and when I come back from school, I always run to home exepct raining day. When the weather is rain, I could fall over while I run and my goal is to lose weight and healthy but get hurt is not even healthy so I'm not run at that weather. And over 2 weeks, I already drink 23 bottles of 500ml water and that mean in 2 weeks, I drink for 48000ml = to 48L.
         Do games less than 3 hours is still challenge to myself and maybe that is only things that challenge to me. But here is one more challenging things. Sleep more than 8~9 hours. Usually before I set this goal, I sleep at 11:30~12:30 and wake up at 7:15 and that is already 8 hours but 8~9 hours sleep is in one day and that mean I sleep for 7~8 hours. So everyday I always trying to sleep at 11:00 but it was hard work because when I come back from sauna, the time is already 9:00 and when I organized my room and pack my bag for tomorrow and watch one youtube video that only  for 30 minute, time is 11:00 so when I brush my teeth, plug in my phone, check again my bag than time is 11:30 so I can't sleep at 11:00. But everyday I trying to sleep early so I think it will be okay.
        I think nothing is helping me to towards to my goal. Because my phone is distract me from studying and make me to do games. And in our home refregerator, there is many my favorite ice cream and when I come back from school, my mom was always gave me the snack so I can't focus on my goal.

weekly blog -2-

        During last week, I go more further towards to my goal. At last weekend, I tried to do less phone games and do other stuff and exercise. But I feel so tired so I just drink many waters and keep moved in house. And at Saturday morning, in school gym there was a MS Basketball compitition between 4 internatianal school. And also I played on junior school basketball team so I interested to watch it and I heard Yeonjin was also came to that compititon and also I want to move. So I decided to went there and watch MS basketball compitition. When I went there, I can saw the our BHA MS bastekball team was play games. And I met Yeonjin. When our school is not on the court, we also do basketball practice at empty court. And during lunch time, we went to outside and play throw and catch with ball and sometimes we also kick the ball and put them in net. When we done, we feel hot and we know we are moved alot. And that night, I think of hours that I play phone games, it was only 2 hours. So I can do other lot of things and enjoy and play with friends. And I feel I'm being more healthy.
        I always keep challenge at play less phone games. When I do phone games, I feel free and so happy because when I do games, some games are doing with other people and can chat with them. And when I ask something that I don't know, they are very kindly answer at my question and help each other. And they are never bullying or fighting so that looks like peace and comfortable. But at real life, everyone is fight when they choose some decision and not like to answer to my question and not kindly sometimes. That why I love games and like to do.
        Mostly, Mom is help me to keep go further towards my goal and keep on track. When I do lots of games and not do other things, she tell to me to stop do games and do other things as like as make something or do exercise to keep myself healthy. And my mom made healthy and good foods that help to I'm being more healthy. So I'm so thankful to my mom to make me keep on track to reach at goal.
          The pyp attitudes or learner profile that I mostly use to reach at my goal was Balanced and reflective. My goal is to do games less than 3 hours and move a lot until I lose weight for 3kg. And when I go towards to my goal, I need to be balance and reflect on myself to do more better on it. I need to eat healthy food, do less than 3 hours of games, do many exercise, and sleep alot everyday. And maybe sometimes I need to reflect on my last time lifestyle and change those unhealthy lifestyle to healthy lifestyle.

Weekly Blog -1-

Q1. Have you made progress towards your goal?

  I made progress to my goal by trying to not do more than 3 hours of game and not eat food pass 10:00 and if I have time, I do some exercise like as on my smart goal sheet. And I will do more exercise at weekend because I will has more time on weekend and not do a games more than 3 hours.

Q2. What are the challenges/barriers to sucess you are facing?

  The most challenging thing is not do a game more that 3 hours. Because before I start this goal, usually I do more 4 hours at Monday to Thursday and at Friday and Saturday is more than 5 hours, and at Sunday, I do a games more than 7 hours because that day is that I have many time for free and I always finish all the homeworks before Sunday so except Sunday, I want to change little bit of my goal to not do a games more than 3 hours at Monday to Saturday and at Sunday, I will not do a games more than 5 hours first. And if I can do more, I will do games not more than 3 hours everyday except vacation but I will trying to not do a games much as I can and do more exercise.

Q3. Who or what has been helping you?

  Every time I hope to be normal so if I don't want to do exercise and just do a games or rest, I remind myself for I'm losing weight and going to normal and that makes me happy.  Also it makes me want to do more exercise and less games. And I heard drink many water helps to losing weight so I will drink more than 2 bottles at one day first, and I will gonna drink more and more and more. And I want to live longer and if we are fat, it's hard to live longer and that is reason that I want to losing weight and on the diet.

<Presentation skills>

Today is due date for exhibition presentation day. So we are all gather in the library to ready for presentation that will start at 9:20. First, we went to PAC for exhibition opening stage. We sing a song 'Read all about it' in front of parents and I'm solo 2. So I'm little worry but it was success. When we come back from PAC, we are first at the area 4, so we have to ready our presentation quickly. We are start our presentation at 9:17 and I think I'm not success at my part. But at English part, It was success. And we also present our music piece that about endangered animals and polluted environment. Everything is success and we do everything in time. Last Day of exhibitoin

Today is last day of exhibition. I'm so excited that I don't have to be with .... and that mean no more this much stress. And I can come back to the normal schedule in school and also the house. I don't have to write a blog every night, and also I don't have to worry about tomorrow.
